- You need 1 cup of moong dal.
- Prepare 1 pinch of hing.
- It's of Few gloves garlic.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1 of small green chilli.
- You need 1 inch of ginger.
- It's 1 of big onion.

Moong daal chila instructions
- Soak the whole (sabut/ whole) moong Dal overnight..
- Next morning blend this soaked Dal along with ginger+garlic+ green chilli. Blend till it turns soft.
- After blending add salt + Hing + finely chopped onion and give it a mix..
- Heat the pan and apply some oil/ghee as per your preference.Pout the this chilla batter on the pan and spread with the help of a ladle.
- Cook on medium to slow flame.. brush some ghee on the top of the chila and add ghee on the edges of it. Turn it on the otherside once become little golden brown.
- Cook from other side too till it turns golden brown. Once cooked serve with any chutney of your choice.
