- Now take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
- When oil gets heated up, other person will drop batter drop by drop & other will start immediately throwing oil on top of them which will help them swell & float on top of oil..
- After some time, when they start changing colour, immediately turn off the gas & take them out in a plate & let them cool down..
- Meanwhile, take a Big pot, add 1 Litre water in it, 500ml warm water & 500ml room temperature water with 1 Pinch Hing & 1 Tea Spoon Salt..
- When they cool down properly, again turn on the gas & this time keep it on high flame..
